Synopsis
With no memories and a mysterious illness consuming her, Ari finds herself with a magical tome called the Book of Tales and a riddle that promises to heal her once it is solved. Alongside her is a spirit named Hadley, who has joined her in the hopes of finding his lost body.
Armed with nothing but stories and pure gumption, this curious duo adventures out to first find twelve powerful Lores, each bestowing magical abilities through fairy tale archetypes, and then purging them from the mortals who wield their power.
But even as Ari and Hadley begin their journey on the eve of Snow White's coronation, they find that these Lores, and the fairy tale characters that host them, are not what they seem. As the two delve deeper into the secrets of the riddle, they not only find themselves entangled in murder, passion, and political strife, but also finding that their own stories are unraveling as well.

About
Ebae Kim is a goblin of a human being who dedicated her life to connecting to others through art. She has worked in video games, comics, film and animation with clientele including the Smithsonian, MIT, Wizards of the Coast, and SpaceX. Years ago, she majored in Illustration at the Rhode Island School of Design, and is now teaching as a professor at Digipen Institute of Technology. When not working, Ebae is frequently watching educational YouTube videos, spacing out, eating seafood and eggs, or longingly staring at other people’s pets.
